Quick Access and Key Functions

Our platform centralizes the main functions in an intuitive home screen, providing quick access to essential tools for each employee. From there, users can easily view their leave, view requested absences in SAP SuccessFactors and access customizable banners with direct links to external resources.

Digital Identity and Security

Each employee has a digital business card (VCard) that includes his or her personal data and a scannable QR code, as well as the possibility to download his or her digital ID card. A medical QR can also be generated with relevant information such as age, chronic diseases and emergency contact, useful in health situations.

Connecting with your Team

The solution provides a clear view of the organizational chart, showing the supervisor, peers and team of each collaborator, thus fostering a better connection between areas.
