Solutions SAP SuccessFactors are software applications HCM cloud-based which provide support to the RR. HH. central and payroll, talent management, analytics, RR. HH. and planning of the workforce, and management of employee experience. The suite –now named SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) Suite– provides experiences individualized that keep employees happy, productive and engaged. Launched in 2001 and part of the family of SAP since 2012, SAP solutions, SuccessFactors are used by over 200 million users in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.

SAP HR it was a key module in the software on-premise SAP ERP that gave support to the comprehensive management of human capital for an organization. Now, SAP HR has evolved into SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) –a suite of solutions RR. HH. based in the cloud that puts employees first. These solutions include an HRIS powerful, as well as tools for the management of the experience of the employee, onboarding, training, performance management, succession and development, analytical staff, and much more.

SAP HCM, also known as the suite SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM), includes solutions of HCM in the cloud to four key areas:

  1. Management of employee experience –which includes a wide range of employee surveys, analysis of feedback and action guided–
  2. RR. HH. central and payroll –one that includes a powerful HRIS, software for payroll, RR. HH. for self-service, time & attendance, and more–
  3. Talent management –which includes solutions for hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, and more.
  4. Analytical RR. HH. and planning of the labour force –which include analytical staff powered by AI, modeling scenarios, what-if analysis, and strategic planning of the labour force–
